When you come to the registration desk on site, please confirm that you are registered as a presenter.
On the day of your presentation, please enter your assigned room 10 minutes before the session is scheduled to begin. Introduce yourself to the session chair, and check that any equipment you need to use is setup and working properly.
A PC (Windows OS) and a LCD projector are available in each presentation room. If you are to use the PC for your presentation, please load your presentation file onto the hard disk drive so that the transition between presentations is smooth.
30 minutes are allotted to each of the presenters. 20 minutes for speech and 10 minutes for discussion are generally planned.
